Are there no linens?

This is a question we sometimes receive from guests, especially those from European countries.
First, we place a waterproof mattress cover as the first layer on the mattress. On top of that, we add a regular cotton sheet. Our duvets are designed with an all-in-one cover, meaning we wash the entire duvet, including the inner filling, every time. (This is probably more hygienic than just washing the covers.) Our pillows also come with removable covers.
It seems there’s a cultural difference here. According to some guests, in Europe, it’s common to first cover the mattress with a regular sheet and then add a waterproof cover on top.
We do not outsource our laundry to any third-party company; instead, we handle all the washing and drying in our own laundry room. Since these linens directly touch your skin, we use the same gentle detergents and fabric softeners commonly found in regular households, avoiding strong chemicals as much as possible.
