I don’t think hot water is coming out.
Hot water may take a little time to flow. Please turn the temperature control lever to the left and wait for about a minute. The hot water should start running soon.
If you’re not sure how to operate the shower, try the following
(Left lever: Adjusts temperature and water pressure / Right lever: Selects where the water comes out.)
